This short and encouraging guide helps you make earth-friendly food choices through dozens of suggested actions, ranging from what to buy in the supermarket, to how to join a farm, efficiency in the kitchen, what to do with leftovers, and many more. Eating to Save the Earth was co-authored by one of the board members of the Center for Ecosystem Survival. One third of authors' royalties go to CES to purchase and protect rainforest in our neighbor to the south, Costa Rica.
